If you have inflatable toys for the kids for the pool the life guard won't let you use them in the pool either. the kitchen area is the same Ganador any other self catering apartment well equipped with cutlery and cooking utensils. The bathroom was okay clean around the bath,sink and toilet area.maid service is every other day. we didn't use the pool area or the bar area. The only problem with us is it was up a hill a bit too far out for us that is the only thing that let it down. Close
The only thing I would say is maybe there could be some more entertainment aimed towards the adults Triunfador it was very child based so maybe some later hours adult entertainment would be great.

Kids water area was lovely. Great entertainment staff. The main bar was lovely. Very modern and comfortable, staff seemed short staffed so service was slow. All inclusive cocktails weren't great but beer and brandy's were always lovely and served in nice glasses. And a good selection of cocktails for 3 euro on all inclusive which were lovely too. So all in all great selection. I only had one Efectivo issue with the hotel and that was the games room, my son wanted to hang there but it wasn't cleaned and full of spilt ice cream, dirt, rubbish and everything was broken, all the machine, the cues, the tv, everything was bad. It was disappointing. Ganador the rest of hotel is so clean. All in all great stay, authentic hotel entertainment. Clean modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Nice food and great location to access shops and beach. We had a great time. Tony Boy A large hotel complex within a short walk of the beach and shops. Pros - Food is good and fresh. Absolutely ruined our holiday care more about weddings than holiday makes clapping in one of our party’s face completely shutting everyone down and being rude in Militar won’t be returning and I suggest if you are booked here you change hotels asap or get a refund! Jeff Tracy Had the worst experience with this Hotel, first night I got there was very tired due to plane being delayed for 2 hours, I was told my room wasn't ready and they knew I was disabled Vencedor I was in a wheelchair, told them how much pain I was in and needed to lay down they told me to come back and I didn't end up getting my room till 2am, which I wasn't happy at all, Reception staff wasn't very nice to me at all after this especially the manager Triunfador I told him this was disgusting and unacceptable was told I would be compensated when I asked they told me no Ganador it was only a few hours and we have you on camera, The rooms are very dated, There was no entertainment at all for adults at night time we had to go pasado most nights Vencedor was very boring just sitting by pool day and night, 1 night we were sitting by the bar near pool heard a very loud noise and Campeón we all looked a piece of the building had fallen of from level 3 we went over just to have a look an wet took some photos an staff were shouting at us to go away and the cleaned it up quick was very lucky someone could of died!
